Dr. Domanski is a native of Wilmington, Delaware and has been with Gastroenterology Associates of Tidewater since July 2016. He served in the US Army for 11 years with five months of that time in Afghanistan. In addition he served as the Chief of Clinical Services of the Gastroenterology Division while he was on staff at San Antonio Military Medical Center. He is currently on staff at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center in Chesapeake, Virginia and Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center in Norfolk, Virginia.
Philosophy: Each patient is an individual. I try to understand who the patient is as a whole person and his or her unique health history. I then try to narrow down his or her specific problem while keeping an open mind to all the diagnosis possibilities and offer a specific treatment plan and options.
